Processing Time

All customized orders take approximately 5–7 business days to process. This includes design, printing, and packaging. Standard (non-custom) products are processed within 2–3 business days.

Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International Orders: 7–15 business days after dispatch

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, delivery location, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders above a certain amount.

Tracking Information

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address when placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to external factors like courier issues, weather, or customs clearance (for international orders).
